Services

Evaluation

During an evaluation, we will obtain a detailed history of your current symptoms and any relevant past history. We will take range of motion and strength measurements and look at how you move in order to develop a tailored treatment plan based on your needs. Together, we will establish a plan of care and a schedule that works with your life. Postpartum or pelvic therapy may include internal assessment.

$225, 60-90 minutes

Follow-Up Session

Treatment sessions/follow-up appointments are one-on-one with the therapist. Treatments will include hands-on treatment, including manual therapy, and exercises targeting motor control and strength. You will also be provided with exercises to complete at home outside of treatment sessions to improve symptoms and get you back to normal life, pain-free. The number of follow-ups and frequency of appointments will vary, based on your need.

$150, 60 minutes

Virtual Visit

One-hour sessions for those outside the Northern VA area, or for those in busy, early motherhood seasons. Care is tailored to your symptoms, space, and tools.
